Return & Refund Policy

At QEVIN, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering our jewellery. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging along with the invoice
  • Return requests must be initiated within [7/10] days of delivery

Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Returned items must be shipped to the address provided by our support team after approval.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers may request an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value within the return eligibility period.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
